At its annual congress in Amsterdam on 4 May, the European Rental Association awarded the Kiloutou Group the newly created “Employer Innovation Award”.
The jury thus welcomed the place des Hommes in the business project and the results of the Human Resources policy of the Kiloutou Group, which, thanks to concrete and highly innovative actions, attracts new talent that evolve within the company.
After the Top Employer certification obtained every year since 2014, the Kiloutou Group is once again recognized for its efforts and its permanent commitment to Human Resources.
This new trophy expresses the recognition of a history, values and a strong corporate culture, as well as an ambitious development project shared by all 4,000 team members of which they are the main wealth.
