Kiloutou acquires Tytanium Rental in Poland

PolandAcquisitions Olivier Colleau

The Kiloutou Group is continuing its development in Poland and has just acquired Tytanium Rental, one of the country’s leaders in the rental of equipment.

This company, founded in 2005, has a very good image of quality of service and professionalism. Tytanium Rental operates 9 agencies covering the biggest Polish cities, and counts 91 team members. They provide professionals with a fleet of approximately 4,000 machines, with a focus on Elevation, Earthwork and Multi-location.

Kiloutou is already present in Poland through the Kiloutou agencies in Warsaw and the branch network resulting from the acquisition of EWPA Majster last May. The Kiloutou Polska and Tytanium Rental networks complement each other perfectly. They will maintain their operational autonomy until their merger, foreseen in the long term. Of course, commercial cooperation will be put in place to improve the quality of their services.

Kiloutou will draw on the experience and know-how of the teams in place to continue to develop the business of Tytanium Rental. These team members will be able to benefit from all the professional opportunities offered by the group, at local and national level, thus contributing to its continued expansion.

« Through this acquisition, Kiloutou demonstrates its desire to be one of the leading rental companies in Poland, as is already the case in Frace. Tytanium Rental is a great company that has taken a leading position in its market. Its teams, particularly its management team, have demonstrated their high level of expertise. We welcome them to the group. »
Xavier du Boÿs, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Kiloutou Group

« The success of this operation confirms the quality and expertise of our company. I am confident that the merger of our companies will ensure the development of Tytanium Rental and that our teams will make their contribution, thus guaranteeing the success of this operation. I wish Kiloutou Group a great success in the Polish market and to our employees a development of their professional careers in this new company »
Andrzej Prusik,
Founder and majority shareholder of Tytanium Rental

At the international level, this transaction is part of the Kiloutou Group’s development strategy launched a little more than a year ago in Poland and completes the acquisition of the EWPA Group’s equipment rental business in May 2014. This allows Kiloutou to provide an answer to all customers on Polish territory, with more than 30 agencies, a wide range of equipment and teams close to customers.
