The KILOUTOU group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the rental business of Wiesecker Werkzeugvermietung, specialized in the rental of powered access machines and construction sites equipment in the Federal State of Hessen. This operation enables KILOUTOU Germany to take a strategic position to serve the city area of Frankfurt and develop its rental equipment ranges beyond its core powered access equipment.
Wiesecker Werkzeugvermietung is a recognized player in the rental of aerial working platforms and construction sites equipment located in Giessen, nearby Frankfurt on the Main, in the heart of the strategic Federal State of Hessen. With its large branch ideally located and offering further expansion opportunities, the company and its team of 85 employees operates more than 2500 pieces of rental equipment, including 650 powered access machines up to 70 m, 100 excavators, and various construction sites tools and equipment that it provides to a customer portfolio made up of professionals from various industries, either through direct delivery or with a pick-up service at the local shop.
Following on from the integration of 5 companies in Germany within the last 3 years, this new acquisition enables KILOUTOU to continue the setting of its national coverage of the German market. Kiloutou will take the opportunity of this arrival nearby Frankfurt to initiate the deployment of the Corporate Brand KILOUTOU on all its 13 branches around Germany. Accordingly, the branch and the team of Wiesecker Werkzeugvermietung will integrate our network with a change of commercial name within the following weeks.

The transaction, which is still subject to obtaining customary authorizations, is scheduled to be fully executed on or before end of April 2020. The Company Wiesecker-Group located in Leipzig, which bears the same commercial name, is not part of this operation and remains fully independent
This move is part of the KILOUTOU’ Group’s active campaign to boost development, through regular organic growth and the continuing pursuit of external growth. Internationally, it is an extension of the development strategy undertaken in Poland, Spain, Italy and Germany over the past 6 years.
