Kiloutou is working alongside professionals with three new services

FranceCSR and sustainable development Olivier Colleau

Working closely with professionals since the beginning of the health crisis, KILOUTOU is now committed to supporting them in resuming their activity thanks to three new services offering a concrete response to their new needs.

For the past few weeks, the emergence from the health crisis has been reflected in a gradual resumption of work on building sites. However, given the safety measures, working conditions have changed, leading to a significant drop in productivity and extra costs linked to the purchase of new equipment (PPE, disinfectant solutions, etc.) for professionals.

To support professionals on a daily basis and give them concrete help in the light of the economic impacts they are facing, KILOUTOU is now rolling out three new complementary services all across France:

• Extended opening hours
KILOUTOU agencies are now open on bank holidays, Saturdays and throughout the month of August to offer professionals even more flexibility. Customer services is expanding its opening hours so that it can be reached non-stop throughout the week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Small tool deliveries directly to the site
KILOUTOU is now offering the possibility of having small items of equipment delivered directly to the site in less than two hours. “Contactless” deliveries allow you to save invaluable time on building sites and guarantee full protection for clients and KILOUTOU members of staff.

• Not billing Kiloutou’s extra costs linked to the new health measures
In a gesture of solidarity with its clients, KILOUTOU is bearing the extra costs linked to the new health measures, such as disinfecting equipment.

These new services supplement those already offered for renting equipment with peace of mind:

– Chat messaging available 24/7 on kiloutou.fr to book or communicate with advisors.
– A My Kiloutou client space to manage contracts, bookings and quotes, contact the support service or make a request for equipment to be collected.

Valérie Marchand, KILOUTOU Sales and Marketing Director, states:

“We carried out a broad survey among our clients to understand their needs in the context of coming out of the crisis and resuming their activity. Two challenges were identified: making up for the delay caused by lockdown and starting up building sites again with the new health measures that are leading to a drop in productivity and extra financial costs.

As a partner, we wanted to concretely meet their expectations by offering services that deliver greater flexibility and efficacy. We also decided to support our clients by not billing our extra costs linked to the new health measures.

These commitments are only the first step in our mobilisation on behalf of our clients.”
