Thanks to strong mobilisation on the part of its members of staff and considerable resources, KILOUTOU is accelerating the opening of its different agency formats in line with a safety protocol that complies with the recommendations of official bodies such as the OPPBTP. The KILOUTOU network is already able to serve all professionals throughout France.

Since 2 April, KILOUTOU has been demonstrating its desire to be a responsible partner for professionals, rolling out a dynamic programme to open its agencies, combined with rigorous safety measures to ensure that its members of staff and clients are fully protected.

Professionals’ more sustained resumption of work and the positive feedback in favour of the safety protocol from both members of staff and clients have helped to accelerate the agency openings. One month later, the KILOUTOU network covers 100% of the national territory to meet professionals’ everyday needs.

This proximity to all its clients’ building sites is possible thanks to the use of different KILOUTOU agency formats, found in every agglomeration and catchment area.

Alongside large-scale agencies, which offer drive-through mode for the contactless pick-up of materials, smaller or proxy agencies (often located in urban areas) will offer a specific scheme that is currently being rolled out. This will make it possible to welcome professionals in complete safety inside sites: Perspex partitions on the counter, hand sanitiser available, distance marking on the floor, a separate secure waiting area, material pick-up area, etc.

The KILOUTOU Energy agencies, which specialise in temporary energy supplies and pumping, and Kiloutou Module, dedicated to modular construction rental, are also ready and committed to serving professionals.

Services to facilitate rental in complete safety

The opening of agencies is accompanied by different services and simple measures for renting the desired equipment with peace of mind:
-Chat messaging available on kiloutou.fr to book or communicate with advisors in real time
-My KILOUTOU client space to contact the support service or manage rentals
-“Contactless” pick-ups and returns in drive-through mode or in the dedicated secure areas
-“Contactless” deliveries and call-outs on the building sites
-Double cleaning of the equipment using a bleach solution for rental pick-ups and returns
