A major player in the French and European equipment rental market, the KILOUTOU Group announces the appointment of Olivier COLLEAU as Executive Chairman. He succeeds Xavier du BOŸS, who now becomes Chairman of the Board.
In the works for the last 2 years, this new structure will see Olivier COLLEAU and a Management Committee (in place since 2016) pursue the growth strategy already in place for France and Europe’s rental specialist. It will reaffirm the development ambitions stated with the arrival, at the end of 2017, of new majority shareholders: HLDI and HLD Europe.
Olivier COLLEAU, 47, is a graduate of HEC. He began his career in 1995 at Bain & Company where he led strategy consulting assignments, mainly in industry, distribution and consumer goods.
In 2006, he became Director of Business Development at Zodiac Marine & Pool. He joined Kiloutou in 2009 as Director of Strategy and Development in charge of external growth. In 2011, he became Director of France’s network. In 2016, he was appointed Managing Director France, and in 2017, Chief Executive Officer of the Group.
