FranceAcquisitions Olivier Colleau

The KILOUTOU Group has just acquired LANDRAU C.E.B, a company specializing in the rental of modular buildings in the Angers and Nantes territories. This transaction allows KILOUTOU to accelerate the deployment of the Modules business in France.

The company LANDRAU C.E.B, operating an agency near Angers and relying on a staff of nearly 10 people, is a key player in the rental of modular space in this region. It has an excellent location and has nearly 1,000 modules and containers that it provides to a clientele of professionals in construction and public works, communities and other industrial and service companies.

This acquisition will enable KILOUTOU to continue its development in the modular space rental market, in addition to its locations in Ile-de-France, in the North (following the recent acquisition of Tora) and in Bordeaux.

For Xavier du Boÿs, CEO of the KILOUTOU Group: “This acquisition is fully in line with KILOUTOU’s multi-specialist strategy in France, it contributes to our ambition to become a leading player in the modular space rental market and to benefit from strong complementarities with our current range of products. I am very happy to welcome the LANDRAU CEB team members who will be an essential engine for the development of KILOUTOU Module in the region.”

Yves Landrau, founder of LANDRAU CEB, said: “I am delighted with the acquisition of LANDRAU CEB by the KILOUTOU Group. The proposed project was a key element in my decision to sell and I am convinced that this combination will enable the company I created to continue its successful development by providing additional means and resources.”
