The KILOUTOU Group has just acquired the modular building rental activity of CONTAINS (SPAZEO DESIGN). This transaction allows KILOUTOU to continue to develop this market segment at national level with the establishment of a 5th KILOUTOU MODULE branch.
CONTAINS is a key player in the rental of modular spaces in the Toulouse area with an agency located north of Toulouse and a staff of 18 employees. The activity is based on a fleet of nearly 1,500 modules and containers that it provides to a clientele of professionals in construction and public works, communities and other industrial and service companies.
Following the recent acquisitions of Tora and Landrau, this operation will allow KILOUTOU to continue its deployment in the modular space rental market, in addition to its sites in Île-de-France, in the North, in the region of Angers and Nantes, as well as in Bordeaux.
